3 Key Takeaways

Mark coaches companies and organizations in teamwork.  His presentation is on the Four Commitments of a Winning Team.  He talks about the four distinct principles: Knowing Your Job, Execution, Making Other People Look Good, and Protecting Your Teammates.

Persistence is overlooked in a lot of things.  “If you just focus on a few things that you want to do well, and you do them every single day.  Over time, doors will open, things will happen, you will get better, and the rest will come.”

In order for a team or an organization to be the most successful, they have to work as a team.  A lot of times when businesses are struggling, it’s because the people in the organization are more focused on their problems or other people in the organization than they are in taking care of their customers.  Mark teaches that if you really focus on making the people around you look good, you will have much more success.
