This week, Sean and L.A. welcome the CEO of Springboard Global Enterprises and a member of the National Speaker Association’s elite Million Dollar Speaker club, Mrs. Nadine Voegel. Springboard Global Enterprises is made up of a number of super successful companies and works with corporations ALL around the WORLD to help mainstream people with disabilities in the Workforce, Workplace and the Marketplace. 

Nadine is also the Chairperson of a foundation that provides scholarships to college students with disabilities, honors and recognizes women with children that have special needs, and even serves as the Executive Producer of several TV shows airing on Bloomberg TV and Roku.

So how does somebody who grew up in Queens NY, become the CEO of a Global Company with not only profit in mind, but also the altruistic nature to want to make real change in the world for good? Nadine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and from there got an MBA in Marketing. She has worked in the corporate world for over 20 years! 

But Nadine’s mission has always been to recognize and embrace that people with disabilities are very able, and in fact a lot of times even more able than others. Whether we’re talking about candidates, employees or customers, Nadine’s philosophy underlines the importance of empowering those with disabilities to feel exactly the way they feel- completely ABLE!.
